Welcome to The Imperial (Unit of Unitop International). By accessing our website or making a reservation at The Imperial Bodhgaya or The Imperial Kushinagar, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • Reservation Process: All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized booking platforms, or directly with our reservations team. A valid advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the hotel.
  • Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • Accuracy of Information: Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information. The hotel is not liable for issues arising from incorrect details provided during booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified at the time of booking.
  • Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan selected.
  • Final Payment: Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.
  • Taxes and Fees: All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service fees, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a penalty of one night’s stay. Specific cancellation policies may vary based on the rate plan or promotional offer.
  • No-Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation will result in a charge for the entire stay.
  • Modifications: Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM IST onwards.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out is required by 12:00 PM IST. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
  • Identification: Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

5. Room Policies

  • Occupancy: Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy limits (e.g., Deluxe Room: 2 guests, Presidential Suite: as specified). Additional guests may incur extra charges.
  • Room Allocation: Room assignments are based on availability and may not be guaranteed for specific room types or views unless confirmed at booking.
  • Non-Smoking: All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

6. Amenities and Services

  • Complimentary Amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and tea/coffee makers are provided in all rooms as described. Spa baths are available in select room types (e.g., Super Deluxe Room, Presidential Suite).
  • Fitness Centre: Access to the fitness centre is complimentary for all guests, subject to operating hours and availability.
  • Dining and Banquet Facilities: Café Crema, The Fine Dining, Wing Ding Banquet Hall, and Rendezvous Convention Centre are available for use, subject to reservations and capacity limits (e.g., Café Crema: 50 guests, Wing Ding: up to 500 guests).

7. Guest Conduct

  • Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.
  • Damage to Property: Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed at The Imperial unless prior approval is obtained.

8. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes.
  • Injuries: The hotel is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Force Majeure: The hotels is not liable for failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, payment information) to process bookings and provide services. This information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Data Sharing: Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for booking processes or as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on The Imperial Hotels website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Unitop International and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gaya, Bihar (for The Imperial Bodhgaya) or Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh (for The Imperial Kushinagar).
